New Class Schedule -- Cheaper Package Prices!

With three weeks under our belts, we've adjusted our class schedule to meet your needs!  You spoke and we listened.  Starting Monday, May 16th, the (two54) Fitness schedule is as follows:

Mondays:
12:00-12:45 Zumba (power 45)
5:30-6:30 Zumba

Tuesdays:
5:30-6:30 Latin FuZion Fit Camp

Wednesdays:
12:00-12:45 Zumba (power 45)
5:30-6:30 Zumba

Thursdays:
5:30 - 6:30 Hip-Hop Remix

Fridays:
12:00-12:45 Zumba (power 45)

Saturdays:
10:00-11:00 Zumba

Prices:
  • Drop In:  $8
  • 5 classes:  $25
  • 10 classes:  $40
  • UNLIMITED PACKAGE:  $49

In celebration of Mother's Day


Whether you are a mother, or celebrating the women in your life who are, it’s important to fit a workout into your daily routine. One of the biggest excuses that prevent people from working out is “I don’t have time.”  At (two54) Fitness, we’ve designed a schedule that makes it super convenient to get fit AND have fun doing it!  At the request of our members, our early morning class is now at 6:30 am.  Bring your work clothes.  We have lockers and showers so you can start your morning with an early Zumba class and get to work energized and on time!  Not an early riser?  Check out our lunchtime Power 45.  And of course, we have evening Zumba and Zumba Toning classes at 5:30 and 6:30 pm. Our schedule changes to reflect the needs of our members so be sure to check it regularly for updates. In an exercise slump?  Break through the plateau in our Latin FuZion Fit Camp: thirty minutes of Zumba dancing and thirty minutes of good old fashioned boot-camp training.  Don’t forget the weekend!  Fit in one last workout for the week on Saturday morning at 10!
Put yourself first, not last.  Get four – five workouts in a week and you’ll be happier and healthier!
